Cobh Ramblers Football Club is expanding its commitment to women’s football and is actively seeking passionate, qualified coaches to lead and develop our Women’s Academy teams, specifically our League of Ireland Women’s U19 and U17 squads.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter at one of Ireland’s historic clubs, backed by progressive ownership and a clear pathway to senior women’s football.

Coaching Roles Available:

We are currently recruiting for the following coaching positions across both U19 and U17 teams:

Head Coaches (U19)

• UEFA A or B Licence required


• Strong leadership skills & experience in player development at elite youth level

Assistant Coaches (U19 & U17)

• UEFA B Licence preferred (working towards acceptable)


• Experience in supporting training sessions, tactical analysis & player support

Goalkeeper Coaches (U19 & U17)

• UEFA Goalkeeping Licence or equivalent


• Specialised training for elite youth female goalkeepers

Strength & Conditioning Coaches (U19 & U17)

• Relevant qualifications (NSCA, UKSCA, or equivalent)


• Focus on fitness, injury prevention, and athletic performance specific to female athletes

Performance Analysts (U19 & U17)

• Experience with video analysis tools (Hudl, Veo, etc.)


• Ability to deliver feedback, track player progress, and support tactical preparation

Sports Psychologist / Mental Performance Coach (Optional Role) (U19 & U17)

• Expertise in mental wellbeing, resilience building, and performance mindset
