York City Football Club are currently looking to recruit a Head of Sports Science to implement and deliver best practice sports science provision for the first team squad members. Lead, deliver and enhance the Club’s sports science provision in line with the Club’s strategic goals – to prevent injury and enhance individual and team performance within the first team squad.

• To lead, manage and deliver the sports science provision for the performance development of first team squad members.
• To act as the York City Football Club lead for sports science and ensure the effective operation of the multi-disciplinary team and drive both development and performance outcomes.
