Rotherham United Women FC are seeking a Head of Recruitment to support in the identification and signing of players for their senior teams (first team and reserves). This is a highly important role in our ongoing drive for promotion to the Women's National League.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong connections within the female game locally. They should seek to forge partnerships with other Clubs and scout players who are both ready for first-team football, and those with the potential to be developed into first-team players.
