We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships that drive organisational growth. This role is pivotal in identifying new partnership opportunities, enhancing existing relationships, and ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relationship management, customer service, and fundraising, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and public relations.
Duties
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the organisation's objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals for partnership opportunities.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Utilise software tools such as Raiser’s Edge for tracking partnerships and fundraising efforts.
- Prepare reports on partnership performance and present findings to senior management.
- Represent the organisation at public events and networking opportunities to promote partnerships.
Experience
- Proven experience in relationship management, customer service, or fundraising roles.
- Familiarity with software tools relevant to partnership management, particularly Raiser’s Edge.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and public relations strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a strategic focus.
