Rotherham United Community Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated individual to join as, Head of Community.

Salary: Dependant on Experience
Hours: This is a permanent role of 37.5 hours per week an ability to work evenings, weekends and some match days is essential.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Head of Community to provide strong and inspirational leadership to the Trust, developing and delivering our ambitious strategic plan to increase the brand, impact and reputation of both the Trust and Rotherham United Football Club.
You will have proven track record of working effectively with Board and Senior Management Teams to achieve excellence across governance, safeguarding, talent development whilst developing impactful partnerships with a range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Rotherham United Football Club, English Football League Trust, Premier League, South Yorkshire Police, Rotherham Council, NHS, local and national government.
You will have strategic responsibility for the financial and business growth and associated operations, ensuring sustainability and diversity of income streams, which can be reinvested in community-based activity for the benefit of the Rotherham and South Yorkshire communities.
The Trustees are looking for an exceptional Head of Community with the ability to continue to grow the potential of the Trust and make it one of the most respected club community organisations across the network and ‘go to’ charity partner locally.
Contract Details:
Full time (37.5hrs), permanent.
Auto-enrolment into the Club’s pension scheme (depending on eligibility)
33 days annual leave including national bank holidays.
