Main Duties/Responsibilities
Business Compliance
• Ensure all FA licencing and league requirements and documentation is produced and submitted, to deadlines, throughout the year including salary cap, facilities, training hours etc.
• In collaboration with the Director of Football, lead on promotion readiness requirements, including any grant applications.
• Manage all player and staff contract documentation, including correctly processing in accordance with FIFA, FA, and League procedures.
Operations
• In collaboration with the Director of Football and Operations & Player Care Manager, oversee all day-to-day operations at K Sports.
• Develop and implement system and processes to ensure business continuity including electronic document management.
• Ensure all away match day operations requirements are delivered including liaison with opposition, travel and accommodation as required.
• Ensure all home match day operation requirements are delivered including liaison with opposition, referees, Dartford FC, stewarding, ticketing etc.
• Manage match day experience on all home game days, liaising with marketing and communications staff to promote and co-ordination of volunteers & interns.
Staff Management
• Create a positive working culture by fostering a work environment that is appropriate to our values; professionalism, respect, integrity, discipline, and effort.
• Manage and support direct reports including personal development
• Oversee the onboarding of new staff and players in conjunction with the Director of Football, Head Coach and Operations & Player Care Manager.

All other duties that may arise from time to time and fall within the scope of the role.

Person Specification
• Business acumen with experience in a general business/management role and ideally within a sports club/ development environment.
• Experience of development and delivering strategy.
• Experience of developing and managing budgets.
• Experience of grant application processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build meaningful, strong strategic relationships.
• Strong IT and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and independent travel.
• Awareness of diversity and equality challenges in football.
• Empathy and commitment to the long term development of the women’s game.
• Strong existing relationships within the women’s football pyramid in England, ideal but not essential.
