Summary

Queen Mary University Women’s Football team are looking for an enthusiastic and talented coach to run the training sessions for the first team for the upcoming season. With a large number of returning members this year we are looking for someone to work with us to become more competitive in our BUCS league.

 

Training Days

Monday 1920-2040 at St Paul's Way Secondary School 125 St Paul's Way, London E3 4FT

Matches are on Wednesday afternoons and Sundays.

 

Job Description

- Plan and lead training sessions to a group of mixed ability players with diverse backgrounds and experience of the sport

- Build confidence of returning players and keep retention rates up across the year

- Encourage new players and be able to teach those who are new to the sport

- Display good coaching conduct in line with Queen Mary Student's Union Code of Conduct

- Develop the team to be more competitive in their league

- Be passionate about the sport and building an inclusive and fun environment for players

- Have an understanding of higher education sport

- Focus on improving players technique to prevent injury

- Work with the club committee to achieve the clubs aims and objectives for this year
