Job Description

Role Summary:

Group Booking and Stadium Tour Co-Ordinator will be responsible for maximizing revenue from the sale of group tickets and stadium tours ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained. Processing ticketing and related sales/ enquires face to face, via telephone, postal and online. Organising stadium tours throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Explore new sales using travel agencies / giving access to the tourist market.
·         Increase attendances through the sale of group tickets.
·         Work with the Millwall Community Trust to engage Schools on group bookings / tours.
·         Target local junior football clubs and local businesses.
·         Operation of the ticketing system on weekdays and matchdays
·         Cashing up and reconciling accounts for Finance
·         Assist with in house call centre.

·         Representing the Club in a professional manner. This is a high-profile role; therefore, you must always present with a clean and smart appearance.
·         Flexible on hours

Salary: £19,000 + commission + benefits
Hours of work: 35 hours a week and will be require for matchdays which could include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
