Job Description: Goalkeeping Coach at Pass Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the goalkeeping department within Pass Abu Dhabi.

- Design and implement training programs for goalkeepers aged 8-16 at various skill levels.

- Provide individual and group coaching sessions tailored to the needs of young goalkeepers.

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of goalkeepers, providing feedback and setting development goals.

- Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated training approach.

- Organize and conduct goalkeeper-specific clinics and workshops.

- Scout and recruit talented young goalkeepers to join the academy.

- Maintain up-to-date records of training sessions, player performance, and progress.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches.

- Stay informed about the latest coaching techniques and developments in goalkeeping.

Qualifications:

- Minimum UEFA B License in Goalkeeping Coaching.

- Proven experience working within an elite football environment.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a goalkeeping department.

- Strong understanding of youth football development principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a passion for developing young talent.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in planning and delivering structured training programs.

- Adaptable and innovative approach to coaching and player development
