You should be passionate about continuing to build a foundation and pathway of excellence for young, local female players in football. South London Girls Football Academy is playing its part in making South London a hub for talent in girls football.

We deliver a planned curriculum and provide opportunity for growth as a coach through a professionalised environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality coaching sessions in line with the academy curriculum

Use quality character to engage and inspire young players to a higher playing ability

Provide an environment and discourse that encourages personal growth in players

Be punctual and reliable in attendance and appearance at all academy sessions and events

Requirements

Proven experience in football coaching, preferably with girls and boys
Knowledge of the intricacies of football techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

A commitment to educating players both on and off the field.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for training sessions and matches.

Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications.
