THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and resilient Foundation Development Phase Scout Coordinator at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON

Are you an excellent leader who is willing and driven? You may be our next Foundation Phase Scout coordinator!

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of local and national recruitment and have prior experience of managing people. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Foundation Development Phase Scout Coordinator, you will be expected to:

• Develop, progress and enhance the current scouting programme.


• Build key relationships and contacts to support the identification and recruitment of players (including players, agents and parents).


• Be proactive in player releases from other clubs with reports compiled on key targets.
