MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB

The successful candidate will deliver all aspects of the Women’s Football coaching programme which will be led by the Head of Football & Recruitment



Duties include but are not limited to;

Planning and delivering a variety of coaching sessions for Football & Education Academy XI a side teams.
Delivering and/or supporting coaching team
Managing matchday squads on a Wednesday throughout the academic year
To be accountable for the welfare of children and vulnerable adults under your supervision in line with the Foundation’s Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adult Policy.
Attend all departmental and sub departmental meetings
Develop players of all abilities through high quality coaching sessions.
Assist in the recruitment process of both elite and development women’s teams.
MAIN DUTIES

To plan and lead the delivery of coaching sessions as part of the Football & Education Programme and any other community programmes where appropriate.
To complete tracking of participant engagements using online registers
To ensure that data relating to relevant activity is collated, recorded, updated and reported as appropriate, in line with regulatory guidelines
Assisting in the day to day operations of the coaching programme and all other community programmes as required.
Assisting in the maintenance and stock control of all SUCF equipment, (footballs, ball bags, portable goals etc.)
To be punctual and act in a professional manner at all times, representing SUCF and the partner organisations.
To report any accidents to staff and/or participants involved in SUCF activities (accident reporting sheets provided to be passed to the Safeguarding Manager).
The role will also embrace equality, diversity and inclusivity matters in order to facilitate a consistent, co-ordinated and embedded approach to fairness and opportunity across the Foundation.
Any other duties as requested by your line manager/Education Manager such as staff meetings
To cover, as and when required, other duties within SUCF including recruitment coaching sessions during the Autumn and Spring term.
To undertake other duties, training and/ or hours of work may be reasonably required which are consistent with the general level and responsibility of this role.
This role will include working match days as required by the Head of Foundation.
