Female Ballers FC is a pioneering girls-focused football club located in South East London. The club is dedicated to empowering girls through football and has a mission to inspire, develop, and support young female players. Female Ballers FC provides a nurturing environment where girls can refine their skills, build confidence, and cultivate teamwork.

Role Description

We are looking for a football coach for the 2024/25 season. They will be responsible for our u13 girls team who train twice a week and play on Sundays. They will be responsible for designing and implementing 2 training sessions a week for the u13s. They will also participate in the development of team strategies and game plans.

Responsibilities

•  Bringing excitement and energy to every session


•  Maintaining a professional demeanour in encounters with children, parents, and coaches


•  Attending all sessions on time


•  Ensuring safety checks are carried out thoroughly


•  Assisting with the setup and packing of equipment

Requirements

• Working towards/already FA Level 1 Football Qualified


• First-Aid Qualification


• 1-3 years experience working with children between 4 and 12 years


• Based in South East London


• Fluent in English


• Passion for empowering girls through football


• Experience playing football at a competitive level is a plus
