What is the role?

To coach and develop young players within the Regional Talent Centres structure.

What will you be doing?

• Potential to coach age groups between the ages of 5 and 16, maximising the opportunities for young players to reach their full potential across all age groups in-line North Somerset Regional Talent Centres philosophy.


• Working within the Regional Talent Centres syllabus, plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate coaching sessions.


• Preparing and conducting player/parent reviews on a termly basis.


• Contribute to and take part in a programme of continuing professional development as and when delivered by the Regional Talent Centre management team.


• Potential to coach and manage a Regional Talent Centre team age group within the Junior Premier League.


• Liaise with parents as required to communicate any new information.

Essential Experience

• Working with young players at a junior/youth level.
