Job Title: Football/Futsal Coach for Children

Location: South Nottingham

About The Launch Field:

The Launch Field is a rapidly expanding football and futsal coaching company, committed to providing high-quality coaching and training programs to children of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment where kids can develop their skills and love for the game.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering coaching sessions in both football and futsal to children of various ages and skill levels


• Creating and implementing lesson plans that are both fun and challenging


• Providing constructive feedback to players and identifying areas for improvement


• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children during coaching sessions


• Communicating with parents and guardians to provide progress updates and answer any questions they may have


• Representing The Launch Field in a professional manner at all times


• Attending company meetings and training sessions as required


• Assisting with the organization and running of events and tournaments

Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:

• Previous experience coaching football and/or futsal to children


• A passion for working with children and a desire to help them develop their skills


• A strong understanding of the game of football and/or futsal


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• The ability to create a positive and engaging environment for children


• A willingness to learn and adapt coaching techniques to best suit the needs of each individual player


• A valid coaching certification or willingness to obtain one (FA Level 1 or higher, Futsal Level 1 or higher)


• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
