Role Description


This is a part-time on-site role for a Football Coach at Parisa sports club located in High Wycombe. As a football coach, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering coaching sessions, managing the team on match days and monitoring the players' development progress. You will also work closely with other coaches and staff to ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives, and that the team is operating efficiently both on and off the pitch.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of coaching techniques, tactics, and player development


• Sound understanding of the rules and regulations of football


• Strong knowledge of injury prevention and management techniques


• Certification in coaching or equivalent training


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Experience coaching both youth and adult teams is a plus


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Passionate about football and committed to the success of the team
