We are looking for an experienced Football Coach to join our team and help lead our players to success. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the game and be able to develop and implement effective strategies for both offense and defense. The ideal candidate will also be able to motivate players, manage their behaviour, and provide guidance on and off the field. We are looking for someone who is passionate about football and has a commitment to helping our players reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for team success.


• Motivate players to reach their full potential.


• Organise and lead practices and drills.


• Develop a plan for scouting and recruiting new players.


• Analyse game footage to identify areas of improvement.


• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.


• Develop a positive team culture.


• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Ideally candidates with:

- Uefa B license

- FA Level 2 Coaching

- experience

We are open for candidates who wants to get into the coaching we can support with courses. We have Coaching assistants positions available for a good strat.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 - 12 per week

Salary: £10.00-£30.00 per hour
