Description
Evolve Football Academy are currently looking for a new Part time football coach with scope to become full time to join the team. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Football Coach. The successful candidate will be required to coach players ranging from the age of six all the way to young adults and even current pros of the game.
Rate of pay will be dependent on current skill level and experience.
Responsibilities:
Taking charge of mainly one to one sessions, group sessions and assisting when required with Masterclass holiday camps.
You will also need to build good relationships with our clients/parents and other members of our team to make Evolve a vibrant, positive environment.
Requirements:
Experience of developing players from either grass-root or academy level.
Experience of playing football professionally (desired, not essential).
Openness to take feedback and information from the Evolve team to help progress your coaching career to the next level.
Attending CPD events throughout the year to push your development as an elite coach.
Driving licence preferred but not essential.
What you will also need:
Communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence, enthusiasm, football knowledge, leadership skills, patience, hardworking attitude, tactical and technical skills, customer service, punctuality and time management.
Commit to working 5/6 days a week. With availability on Monday to Saturday.
Location: Powerleague Sighthill in Edinburgh.
