AFC Rushden & Diamonds are recruiting motivated and ambitious coaches to join our Academy to coach players from 6-17 years old.

Our Academy teams play in the Junior Premier League and play home games and train in Northampton on 3G.

What we offer:

• Good rates of pay for training and match day (£15 - £30 per session dependent on UEFA qualification)


• Continuing Professional development support for your coaching


• Session syllabus and support from Head of Academy and team to support administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience in coaching youth football


• Minimum Level 2 UEFA qualification or working to this qualification on a current FA course


• DBS certificate


• FA Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications


• Professional attitude and commitment


• Available for twice weekly training and Saturday morning games
