Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible in line with business needs.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:
- To identify and analyse prospective players, primarily through data and video analysis.
- To monitor relevant leagues & markets to identify prospective players.
- Maintain the Club’s internal scouting database in line with relevant scouting processes.
- Assist in fixture and workload planning and allocation for First Team Scouts.
- Assist in the creation of Player Presentations & Documentation to support the Player Recruitment processes.
- Assist in the creation of a Recruitment Video and Presentation to show potential signing targets.
- Attend live matches where required to assess players.
What are we looking for:
- Ability to analyse and assess a player’s performance and suitability across a variety of footballing metrics and attributes according to specific positional requirements, via video and attending live matches.
- Demonstrable ability to present and communicate information via a range of methods or platforms, utilising data and statistics, but also subjective opinion.
- Demonstrable ability to create, manage, and continually improve the department's workflows and use initiative to offer new ideas and innovations.
- Ability to work across departments and engage with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Experience with performance analysis and data platforms such as Hudl SportsCode, Statsbomb, SkillCorner, Wyscout, and telestration software.
- Strong MS Office skills or Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
- Problem-solving capability, with pace, agility, and innovative thinking.
- Experience using Adobe Indesign, Tableau, Power-Bi, or relatable presentational tools with a key focus on clear and concise graphic design for documents.
- Knowledge and previous experience of a professional football environment, its principles, and practices.
- Previous experience in a recruitment role within professional football.
