We care about our community; we care about our people. We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Football Lead to join our team and hold responsibility for designated football, education, talent pathways and enrichment programmes across female activities.
An experienced coach, with knowledge and experience of female football or development centres, you will coach and mentor within each group, oversee personal PDP/ILP and provide support and development to all coaches.
You will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing relationships in underrepresented groups and locality, together with monitoring and managing financial budget associated within the female pathway.
The ideal candidate will hold a sports/football (or equivalent) Level 3 qualification and a FA Level 2 coaching licence. You will have experience of planning, delivering and evaluating a sport delivery programme and will be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and application of football development, innovation and delivery strategy in the female provision.

Hours: 35 hours per week, to include evenings (at least two per week) and weekends for training and fixture commitments.
