The role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and collaborative Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead (EDI) at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

The person

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and will have a passion for EDI and making a difference. They will also be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Role expectations

The EDI Lead will be responsible for:

• The development, coordination and implementation of the Club’s EDI strategies and policies.
• Providing EDI expertise and support across the Club.
• Ensuring that the Club follows the football league requirements in respect of EDI and continually striving for further improvements.
