About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting young people in their journey into employment. Reporting to the Employability Manager, the post holder will be appointed to coordinate and deliver our Employability Youth Hub based at Bramall Lane. This programme will provide an opportunity for unemployed young people in Sheffield to access training and skills to enable them to find routes into employment.
The post holder will therefore have a broad range of experience in building relationships with individuals from a range of backgrounds, alongside an ability to build and maintain relationships with employers.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Coordination of Employability Youth Hub.
- To provide opportunities and support for unemployed young people in Sheffield in order for them to find employment, education, Training, or become closer to the labour market.
- To work effectively with local employers / partners including the Job Centre Plus.
