PASS Abu Dhabi is seeking versatile and experienced football coaches to join our dynamic team. We're looking for individuals capable of coaching across various formats including 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11.  An additional skill, experience and qualification in futsal and/or goalkeeping is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions for players aged 4-12 and youth teams in 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 formats.


• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the above formats.


• Where relevant, conduct engaging futsal and goalkeeping sessions, incorporating fun and skill-building activities


• Coach teams in competitive matches across all formats


• Implement and conduct coaching sessions in school-based football programs, adapting sessions to various educational settings


• Mentor players to develop their technical skills, tactical understanding, and teamwork


• Ensure a safe coaching environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols


• Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, match reports, and player evaluations


• Represent PASS Abu Dhabi professionally when interacting with players, parents, schools, and community partners

Requirements:

• Minimum FA Level 2 coaching qualification


• Proven ability to work with children aged 4-12 and youth teams


• Futsal coaching qualification or extensive futsal coaching experience (desirable)


• Goalkeeper coaching qualification or significant goalkeeper coaching experience (desirable)


• Ability to create fun, high-energy training sessions across all formats


• Comfortable working in school environments


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Passion for youth football development and community engagement
