Established in 2019, by UEFA Pro Licence Coach, Colum Curtis, CJ Coaching is one of Cambodia’s leading grassroots football providers. Managed by UK nationals, CJ Coaching operates a football development programme for Khmer and International children in Phnom Penh. The programme is open to boys and girls aged 4 to 17, and ranges from fun introductory courses for young players, to competitive league teams and overseas tournaments for advanced students.

Job Description:

CJ Coaching is seeking qualified, talented, and passionate coaches to join its coaching team based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Coaches should be motivated and adaptable, enjoy coaching players of all ages and abilities. Coaches are supported by a highly qualified coach management team with regular CPD and opportunities for development and progression within the club are also available.

Essentials:

Minimum FA Level 2 or equivalent
Focused on professional and personal development
Experience coaching 4-17 year olds
Experience coaching mixed ability groups
ACRO/CRB required

Desirables:

UEFA B Licence
FA Youth Modules
Bachelor Degree in Sports related field
