Description

Hull City Academy are currently seeking to recruit a Casual Pre Academy Coach to assist in the preparation and development of players for the Academy Talent Pathway. The successful applicant will be expected to deliver the technical programme for the Pre Academy, enhancing the individual development of players within the programme.

The main objective of this role is to build strong professional relationships with the players and make the environment a fun and enthusing one that maximises player potential.

Your key responsibilities:
• To support the Lead Foundation Phase Coach in the management of pre academy squads and all related administration.
• The planning & delivery of coaching sessions, within the Academy’s Pre Academy.
• Ensure all coaching sessions and games follow the Academy’s philosophies.
• Maintain current Coaching Qualification.
• Completion of FA Youth Awards.
• Attend all Academy Meetings when required.
• Attend CPD as and when required.
• Write and conduct individual player development reviews

Experience & Qualifications:
• FA Level 2 Coaching Badge (Essential)
• Valid FA Safeguarding Certificate
• Valid FA EFAiF Emergency Aid
• Youth Module 1 and Youth Module 2 (Desirable)
• Experience of working with players aged between U6s-U9s
• UEFA B Licence (Desirable)

• Available to work a minimum of one evenings a week (from 5pm onwards) and Saturday mornings.
