About The Role

Due to an internal role change, Coventry City Academy is excited to announce a rare opportunity to join the full-time coaching team, working in the Foundation Phase. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, energetic practitioner who has a passion for working with Primary school age children, focussing on individual development in both football and the wider holistic model. The role will see opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading an age group team in weekly fixtures and helping to continue to evolve the existing Academy programme within the Foundation Phase.

The successful applicant will receive a personal development plan, access to regular continued professional development and be part of the Academy’s Staff Development Programme.
