- All full-time coaches to have a minimum of UEFA B & AYA in the FP Phase & UEFA A & AYA in the YDP/PDP Phase
- Each full-time coach to have 2 support sessions each block, with part-time coaches having 1 per block
- All training and games added to the PMA within 48 hours
- To have individual support for players to play up an age group
- CPD sessions delivered & facilitated each block
Key Role Accountabilities

- To support & help drive a culture of learning within the academy environment
- To consistently produce work of the highest standards in all areas of your age groups support. Before, During and After training or games
- Support the match-day preparation and performance of your squad. Support the reviewing of individual player performances with the phase leads direction
- To have the required qualifications for their current role & continue to develop self Support some players in your age group as a mentor every 8 weeks through the IDP Process. Collate evidence of this support & development of each player
- All training sessions & TMR’s to uploaded to the PMA within 48 hours of the event for your age group
- Work with the phase lead to & review against the syllabus, playing style & age group specific issues so can ensure we follow PLAN-DO-REVIEW
- Support the planning, preparation and delivery of the Coaching sessions in line with the Academy Philosophy and a multi-disciplinary approach in own age group
Essential
- Hold a UEFA A qualification
- Experience of working in an Academy at a similar role or higher
Desirable
- Hold The Advanced Youth Award (this will affect the salary as it would reduce, if the candidate hasn't started the course as we as a club would then support to fund it)
- Experience of working in a 1st Team Environment
- Experience of a Professional Playing background
