QPR FC is seeking dedicated individuals to become part of the club's academy recruitment team. You will play a crucial role in identifying young talents in and around London for the academy, focusing on Pre-Academy and/or Foundation Phase age groups.

Responsibilities include:
- Attending weekly fixtures, tournaments, and other football events to scout prospective talent in the Pre-Academy and/or Foundation Phase age groups in your assigned region
- Inputting and updating player and fixture data into QPR's scouting database
- Ensuring recommended players meet the required standard of the academy

Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communicator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local football talent and networks

Requirements:
- FA Level 1 Talent ID Course
- FA Safeguarding Certificate

Although the position is voluntary, successful candidates will be enrolled in a bonus scheme.
