Ipswich Town Football Club is looking for an Academy Player Care Officer to work with our U9s to U16s. This will play a vital role in the development and pastoral care of young people whilst they navigate their way through Academy football.

The Academy Player Care Officer is a key position in supporting the development of young people including monitoring and supporting their wellbeing, as well as coordinating and delivering an effective life skills curriculum which sets our young people up for life outside of football. The role sits within the Player Support team, with the successful candidate expected to work within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across departments to support the young people within the academy.
