Hours: Full-time role requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Contract Type: Permanent

Deliver high performance physiotherapy services

This role will primarily lead the provision of injury management and player health services to players in the Under 15’s-16s age groups. You will manage the rehabilitation of injuries whilst providing regular updates and recommendations to coaches and players. You will also assist and coordinate the pre-signing medical assessments of academy players and trialists as required.

 

You will also be required to provide physiotherapy match day cover providing a high standard of pitchside care.

 

Your physiotherapist background

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience using a range of technologies such as Vald and GPS to support injury management and rehab progression with objective data.

 

To be successful in this role you must hold the below qualifications:

• A BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree or equivalent

• Registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)

• FA Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football qualification
