Ipswich Town Football Club is looking for an Academy Manager to take our Academy to the next stage in its development and drive the vision of the academy through strategic planning, operational management and leadership of people.

The Academy Manager will provide leadership to all areas of the academy so that it can deliver well-rounded people & footballers into both the First Team at Ipswich Town & the professional game.

Who are you?
• An experienced leader working in an Academy environment
• With a proven track record of understanding the modern game and the player profiles required to play at an elite level
• You have the ability to form positive, trusting and supportive relationships with staff and elite young players
• You have strong leadership experience in elite environments, focused on developing elite players through their individual development pathways
• You will understand how to correctly align the Academy coaching programme to individual player development
• You will have experience of managing compliance with the EPPP requirements through PGAAC audits
• A UEFA A license is desirable but not mandatory
