The Role

Come and join our Academy as a proactive Academy Coach at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

The Person

You will have excellent knowledge of Coaching and the ability to connect with children. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Academy Coach, you will be expected to:
Develop / challenge and detail sessions for children across the football club, working from Under 9 – Under 16 age groups.
Prepare and conduct player performance reviews (every 6/12 weeks) for each player within your agreed group.
