We now have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to join us and be part of the
journey as one of our Sessional Academy Coaches. The role will be instrumental in delivering our coaching strategy to the different age groups in the academy.

Role PurposeTo coach a specific age group at the Academy in accordance with the coaching philosophy of
the Academy and the Academy Performance Plan
Main areas of responsibility
- Effectively coach, mentor and develop the performance of academy players
- Plan and deliver high quality coaching sessions in line with the coaching curriculum
for the relevant phase
- Evaluate players from coaching sessions and matches
Ensure player information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner on the
player performance clock
- Be able to commit to the full training and games programme for that age group
- Attend parents evenings, CPD events and other Academy meetings as required

- Be an ambassador of the Group, providing excellent customer service at all times
whilst portraying a professional image
- Perform other duties as required, which are considered relevant to the post and to
the objectives of the Group as identified by the Head of Coaching
- Treat all colleagues as customers ensuring respectful positive outcomes across
communications.
