PurposeTo work within the 1st Team Performance Analysis department in delivering opposition & individual analysis that enables the Performance Analysis team to create actionable insights for coaches & players.

Accountabilities
- To work in collaboration with the opposition analysis team and coach analyst, to prepare insights and content for pre-match team meetings, opposition individual analysis & reports.
- Work in collaboration with the Performance Analysis team to deliver best practice insights, while upkeeping databases.
- Create and maintain a folder structures on opposition matches
- To work with the coaching team in delivering individual development throughout the first team while keeping IDP & databases up to date.
- To be part of the matchday team working home and away when required.
Knowledge,Skills and ExperienceEssential
- Undergraduate degree in Performance Analysis or a related field
- Detailed knowledge of football
- Experience to work to tight deadlines
- Experience of working within a Performance Analysis environment
- Highly proficient using Hudl Sportscode
- Highly proficient using Piero or Studio
- Continue to challenge, learn and set standards within Performance Analysis
- Excellent communicator
- Excel working in a group environment

Desirable
- Postgraduate degree in Performance Analysis or a related field
