What does the day to day look like?
This role will support the Targeted Intervention Coordinator in the development of delivery resources and opportunities within intervention projects, including but not limited to PL Kicks Targeted and Reboot. You will be responsible for the engagement of participants into BHAFC Foundation programmes, including new referrals and enquiries, while working as part of team to ensure participants are supported and manage individual participant caseload to meet pre-arranged KPI targets.
Your background
We are looking for someone who has experience of working within community, schools, colleges or youth groups for participant benefit. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire behaviour change whilst providing a creative range of approaches to facilitate differing learning styles.
