We are looking for a collaborative and technologically savvy Rehabilitation Performance Coach to join us at PGMOL. This role is essential in leading and delivering all rehabilitation training for injured match officials.

- Professional Qualification/Registration in a relevant Healthcare Discipline (Medicine/Physiotherapy)
- Hold an MSc in Sports Science, Rehabilitation, or Strength and Conditioning, are BASES Accredited, and are UKSCA, CSCS, or ASCA Accredited
- Have experience working within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, strength & conditioning, performance, and technical coaches to deliver an industry-leading rehabilitation performance plan
- Have significant experience in an elite sport delivering high-performance rehabilitation training
- Can demonstrate strong physiological and biomechanical knowledge to ensure progressions of strength & conditioning are performed to the highest level
- Have strong experience with technological systems and how such systems link to the physiological demands of football officiating
- Can demonstrate your experience in communicating and disseminating knowledge and information on rehabilitation progressions within a high-performance environment
What you can expect to be involved in
- Act as Primary Contact for injury presentations/conditions requiring medical or therapy input
- Lead and deliver individualised industry-leading rehabilitation
- Work collaboratively with the treating doctors, physiotherapists, Head of Physical Performance, strength & conditioning coaches, and sports scientists to ensure the diagnostic and treatment pathway and return to the training process is seamless and progressive
- Ensure data collection is maintained to the highest standard and utilised in a rational and objective manner
- Support the sustainability process of match officials’ return to officiating
- Assist with performance support work for the professional match official groups where required
