The Combined Counties League are looking for a person with excellent media & social media skills to take on the role of the competitions Media Officer. 

The Media Officer will ensure that all Combined Counties League activities are well represented within the Press, locally & nationally, by effectively promoting the Combined Counties League and its member clubs using appropriate forms of Media focussing upon electronic systems including all forms of social media. 

This role will raise the media profile of the Combined Counties League generally within the area in which the league operates and nationally where appropriate. 

Advertise all Combined Counties League events with the media/press including, but not limited to, football web-based publications, electronic football & social media and radio stations. Ensure that fixtures and results are published regularly to appropriate media sources. 

Ensure mechanisms are in place to allow Combined Counties League activities to be promoted or communicated immediately they take place. 

This is a volunteer role which requires attendance at the league monthly management meeting, the submission of a monthly report, regular attendance at competition matches, regular contact with the media in all of its forms and attendance at the IT sub-committee meeting (normally via electronic conference).
