You will join a team of kit managers , along with two other colleagues. As an Equipment Manager, you will take care of all the logistical and practical aspects of clothing and equipment for players and staff. You will ensure that the players are optimally prepared for each training session or match in terms of clothing and equipment. This means that all the material is well washed, presentable and folded, ready to be used. You correctly print the flocking of the players' jerseys. You assist the team manager when needed. You order new jerseys or the desired equipment. You perform other duties and responsibilities that support the day-to-day operations of the First Team.
The position also requires flexibility in working hours, you are always available when needed. You will be available for training sessions, camps, friendlies, home and away first team matches. You will work between 8 and 9 hours per week.
Your field of work combines a number of aspects:
You are always aware of the inventory of clothing and equipment
You regularly check the inventory of the kit
You update the inventory electronically
Prepare the necessary equipment for training and matches
Prepare dressing rooms optimally on match days
Coordinate kit transport for home and away matches
Preparation of individual player requests
Transport of equipment for physiotherapists, players and staff
You treat all information obtained confidentially
Contact with the sports cell to check the needs of the team
Contact with laundry regarding stock and availability of equipment
Coordination with other kit managers
Preparation of balls, cones, stakes, chasubles, etc.
Printing jersey flocking
Lift heavy boxes
Preparing the dressing room on match days
Driving license B
Always available for training, matches, camps, etc.
Discretion about everything that happens in and around the changing rooms
Bilingualism (fluent in both languages)
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
We offer a permanent contract under the status of associative worker (article 17). You will receive a fixed salary per hour worked and a mileage allowance if you travel with your own car.
