Jobs4football are looking to recruit a forward thinking modern style Head Coach for the specific age group stated.

Based in Saudi Arabia, the club is established within the Saudi Pro League Academy structure.

The club are open to any nationality but must have a minimum UEFA B Licence or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that includes tactics, technical skills, fitness and conditioning.


• Plan and oversee team selections, tactics and match preparation.


• Provide constructive feedback to players on their performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their skills.


• Work with the technical team to identify and recruit new players that can strengthen the team.


• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the board of directors, coaching staff, players and sponsors.


• Manage team dynamics and ensure a positive team culture.


• Monitor and manage team budgets and resources, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Coach or similar leadership position.


• In-depth knowledge of football tactics and strategy.


• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players and staff.


• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


• A passion for developing young players and creating a positive team culture.


• A relevant coaching qualification, UEFA B or equivalent.
