Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Foundation Football Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering football programs and initiatives that positively impact our family of schools across Dubai. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment for participants aged between 3-16 to enjoy the sport, develop their skills, and build valuable life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execute Coaching Sessions: Develop and implement age-appropriate football coaching sessions for various skill levels, ensuring a fun and educational experience for participants.


• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community and schools, promoting the benefits of football for physical and social development.


• Inclusivity: Create an inclusive environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and age groups can participate in football activities.


• Player Development: Identify and nurture talent among young players while focusing on holistic player development, including teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.


• Promote Healthy Lifestyles: Encourage participants to adopt healthy lifestyles by emphasizing the importance of physical fitness, nutrition, and well-being.


• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and feedback for program evaluation.


• Safety: Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and events by following safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum UEFA C coaching qualification or equivalent.


• Previous coaching experience, preferably in community-based programs.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for football and a commitment to its positive impact on communities.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Fluent in English.
