An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the role of Football Development Manager, whose primary objectives will be to successfully lead, manage and develop three full-time direct reports who are responsible our Skills Club, Soccer School and Player Pathway programmes.

The post holder will need to be dedicated, supportive, agile and self-motivated. They should also have project management and financial management experience, plus an understanding of working in the sports and/or charity sector. A willingness to work evenings and weekends is also a necessity of the role.
