Job Description

Crawley Town Community Foundation is looking for a passionate and committed individual to manage our Football and Sports Participation Department, based at Crawley Town Football Clubs, Broadfield Stadium.

The successful applicant will manage and support a team of staff to deliver a variety of programmes within the community including, Holiday Soccer Schools, Premier League Primary Stars, After-School Clubs and Lunchtime Clubs etc.

As departmental manager, you will be required to manage budgets and be part of the Senior Leadership Team within the Foundation, as well as ensuring all programmes within the department are meeting the standards and expectations of the participants and the Foundation.

This role is also subject to the receipt of satisfactory references.

Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
