What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Southampton Football Club’s department. To deliver high quality football coaching , inspiring a passion for sport from a young age, using the famous principles of The Southampton Way.
Our objectives for our players are Enjoyment, Engagement and Development within our sessions. You will look to provide active and inclusive sessions that inspire those of every ability, while creating a safe and fun environment to connect and enjoy football. Through all of these areas, you will offer high-quality coaching for players right across the player progression pathway, that support them to achieve their potential.
Is this you?
You create and coach a learning environment for players in accordance with Southampton FC’s Core Expectations and curriculums. You’re organised so you can keep track of each session and report back to the project lead when needed.
You have previous experience working with a variety of age groups particularly young players, and have excellent communication skills; liaising with parents, coaches, teachers and players in a professional and polite manner. You have a positive attitude and a confident personality who thrives when overcoming challenges.

- Experience of working with a variety of age groups.
- Experience in delivering high quality coaching sessions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum FA Level 2 or above
- In date ad valid FA First Aid and FA Safeguarding certifications
