Vision7 Football Academy, based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is setting a new benchmark for football development in the region. With a 33,000 sqm, purpose-built facility meeting European standards, Vision7 blends football excellence, cutting-edge technology, and holistic wellbeing to develop the next generation of players.

Opening in late 2025, Vision7 is fully aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) Academy Licence protocols. Our philosophy integrates a proven European methodology supported by professional club partnerships and a commitment to innovation.

The Opportunity

Vision7 is recruiting Academy Coaches to deliver a dynamic, player-centred football programme across multiple age groups and ability levels. Working alongside a UEFA-qualified technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions that align with Vision7’s playing philosophy and long-term player development framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and review high-quality coaching sessions in line with Vision7’s technical curriculum and methodology.
• Work across age groups from foundation phase through youth development phase (specific age groups to be assigned).
• Implement individual development plans (IDPs) for players, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a positive, challenging, and inclusive learning environment, promoting player creativity, decision-making, and game intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with performance, analysis, and medical departments to support holistic player development.
• Contribute to player recruitment, trials, and talent identification events.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, player attendance, and development reports.
• Engage with parents and guardians in line with the academy's communication strategy and safeguarding policies.
• Commit to ongoing CPD, internal training, and mentoring programmes provided by Vision7.
• Support academy events, tournaments, and community outreach programmes when required.

About You

• Qualifications: UEFA B Licence (essential); UEFA C Licence holders actively working towards UEFA B may also be considered.
• Experience: Previous academy or elite youth coaching experience; minimum 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of youth development principles, long-term athlete development models (LTAD), and modern coaching methodologies.
• Skills: Excellent communication, session planning, and player engagement skills.
• Cultural Adaptability: Experience working internationally or in multicultural environments is desirable.
• Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
• Personal Qualities: Professional, enthusiastic, open-minded, and committed to continuous improvement — both personal and player-focused.
