FUTTIES: Best Of Batch 3

The final promotion of FIFA 22 is a staple of the yearly game cycle: FUTTIES. The famous pink cards return with incredible boosts to some of the best promo cards from the past nine months. 

The re-released cards in the ‘Best Of’ section will catch the eye with some elite items returning to packs. So let’s check out what cards are in FUTTIES and who has been re-released, including the best attackers in the game.

‘Best Of’ from Batch 1

Starting the final Batch of ‘Best Of’ in the FUTTIES promo is the three elite Shapeshifters attackers: Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and David Ginola. 

Three weeks after picking up a 97-rated TOTS, Lionel Messi got his standard 99-rated card he picks up every year. The Argentine has a new area of brilliance to his game with an upgrade to 5* skill moves to go with his incredible stats. From his TOTY item, Messi has an additional two pace and physical, one extra shooting and physical and shifts into the centre of the pitch as a centre forward. The seven-time Ballon D’Or winner has numerous elite-level links to his PSG teammates who made it into either the TOTS or TOTY like Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, or Marquinhos.

Cristiano Ronaldo joins his fellow GOAT with a 99-rated card, with Pele the only other player on the game to have the maximum rating on FIFA 22. The Portuguese icon has a new area of brilliance to his game with an upgrade to 99 pace: something he has been lacking throughout FIFA 22. From his TOTY item, Manchester United’s number 7 has an additional six-pace, two extra dribbling and passing, and one more shooting and shifts onto the left wing where he spent most of his playing time at Real Madrid. The five-time Ballon D’Or winner has numerous elite-level links to his Premier League Portuguese teammates who made it into either the TOTS or TOTY like Bruno Fernandes, Joao Cancelo, and Ruben Dias.

David Ginola has been one of the most popular additions to FUT with his 89-rated FUT Heroes card. His latest 98-rated Heroes Shapeshifters moves into the striker position from left-midfield and has had some incredible boost that makes him one of the most expensive cards in FIFA 22. The Frenchman gets some perfect links to TOTY N’Golo Kante, FUT Fantasy Allan Saint-Maximin, and EOAE Alexandre Lacazette as he also moves into the Premier League. With a 5* weak foot and skill moves, he can play across the front four positions and be equally effective.

The best player in Europe last season will be tormenting defenders in FIFA 22. Karim Benzema scored 44 goals in his best-ever season in terms of numbers in his career earning him a 98-rated TOTS card.
